Patrick is the owner and founder of West Bridge Consulting. He has over 30 years of experience doing business with Asia, including two decades with a fortune 100 company in Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Chinese Language and Literature, and Chinese Political Science.
Patrick has run countless multi million dollar engagements across a host of categories including Technical Services, Software and Cloud services, Consulting Services, Strategic Enterprise partnerships and more. At his previous company, he worked on some of the largest buy side deals completed in the past 20 years.
Patrick also has a deep background in the public sector having served as city council member, planning commissioner, tax advisory commission chair, tourism advisory chair, and county charter commissioner.
Through these decades of work and service, he has developed a deep understanding of how contracts, negotiations, and licensing can be completed with the most advantageous terms in both the public and private sectors.
